This spot is above Burger Bros and even though you gotta walk up some stairs, the ramen and all the other dishes are authentic and solid. The tsukemen was very good and the other dishes I've tried here are quite good as well so would definitely recommend coming here. A cool blue theme which ties into the name of the spot which is a nice detail.
